MAY I CREATE MY OWN PACKAGE FOR A RENTAL?

Yes you may! 
Send us an email with your preferences and we will try our utmost to accomodate your needs.

WHERE MAY I PICK UP MY RENTAL FROM?

We have several locations. You may let us know your preference when you book.

HOW DOES THE RENTAL ACTUALLY WORK?

You book a rental, and may pick up the shtick the night before the simcha or the morning of, and return the shtick that night, the next morning, or the next evening. We may have the flexibility of allowing some more time, but that is based on our rental schedule at the time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. These products are custom made per order. We may, however, cancel your order if you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHTICK GETS DAMAGED DURING A RENTAL?

If shtick gets damaged irreparably replacement fees will apply. If only some items are lost or damaged, repair fees will apply. The cost will depend on how damaged the items were.
